Dipping my toe back into the blogging waters… although lets not linger too long on the topic of water. The continual rain since the year began started to wear thin around week three of January and here we are, webbed feet beginning to form, in week three of February. But lets look forward to spring chapters for they’re definitely coming. The snowdrops are giving way to daffodils, mornings and evenings are beginning to lengthen significantly and I'm on a mission to incorporate splashes of Hey-It’s-Almost-March Yellow in amidst the swathes of winter forest green that linger in the house. The acquisition of blue and white china (mostly vintage) continues and thoughts turn to the remote possibility of breaking out the Mary Janes… with socks. Frostbite looks good on no woman.

So gently does it… a mood board for new seasonal beginnings…
